Ingredients

4 Large Egg
1 Spray , about 1/3 second Pam Cooking Spray
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Cottage Cheese

Directions

Combine eggs, oatmeal and cottage cheese in a bowl and blend together.

Spray skillet with cooking spray.

Pour batter in a pan (about 1/4 cup for each).

Cook pancakes, brown on each sides.

Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract for taste, and feel free to add fruits
