1 Oz Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/3 Cup Raspberries
1 Tsp Honey
In a cup, mix raspberries with nonfat greek yogurt (I suggest using a fork to add smoothness) and honey.
Let rest in the freezer for extra 10 minutes if you'd like a "froyo" texture, then beat with a fork again.
