3 Cup, chopped Kale
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
3 Clove Garlic
1 Lemon yields Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup cherry tomatoes Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Small Pickles
1/2 Small Red Bell Pepper
Massage coconut oil into kale.
Add garlic and lemon juice.
Add soy sauce to taste.
Add chopped tomatoes and remaining veggies to taste.
Serve and enjoy!
