1 Head Cabbage
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp, whole Cumin
2 Tbsp Ginger Root
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro
3/4 Cup Peas
1 Dash Salt
1/4 Cup Water
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin and grated ginger.
Saute for a minute and add chopped cabbage, paprika, cilantro and salt.
Mix well and add water.
Cover the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes till the cabbage is tender.
Add in the green peas and cook for another minute or two.
Serve hot.
