0 Tsp, ground Cumin
1/4 Lb Cured Ham
1/2 Tsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 Tsp Sugar
3 Medium (2-2/3" dia) Peaches
24 Leaf, whole Basil
PREPARATION: Cut peaches into 8 wedges.
Thinly slice ham.
Toss together peaches, sugar, vinegar, and cumin and let stand 10 minutes.
Cut ham slices in half lengthwise, then wrap each piece around a wedge of peach.
Top with a basil leaf and secure with a wooden or metal pick.
