2 Cup Brown Rice
2 Cup Kidney Beans
2 Cup kernels Corn
2 Tbsp Reduced Fat Milk
1/2 Fruit (2" dia) Limes
1/4 Cup, chopped Green Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup, chopped Onions
4 Oz Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro
1 Tbsp, whole Cumin
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 Tbsp Chili Powde
Prepare rice as per package directions.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a 8x8 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
Add all ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir until evenly combined.
Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Carefully remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
