1 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Patty (4 oz, raw) (yield after cooking) Ground Turkey
1/2 Small Onions
3 Cup Chard
1/2 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1 Large Egg, Hard-Boiled
1 Tbsp Pepperr Or Hot Sauce
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
Cook the turkey in a skillet over medium heat until it is no longer pink and the meat is browned through.
Then toss in the onions and rinsed chard.
Prepare eggs as per desired preference.
Transfer wilted chard and turkey mixture to a bowl.
Top with eggs, hot sauce, avocado, salt, and pepper.
