8 Oz Whole Wheat Pasta
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Large (2-1/4 per pound, approx 3-3/4" lo Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes
1 Cup Arugula
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain pasta and return to hot pan.
Pour oil over pasta.
Stir in cheese, tomatoes, sweet pepper, and greens or herbs.
Season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
