Ingredients

1 Cup Cornmeal
1 Tsp, ground Oregano
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Cup Water
1 Cup Reduced Fat Milk
3 Oz Parmesan Cheese
4 Serving Grillers Original Veggie Burgers
1 Cup, chopped Onions
1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
3 Clove Garlic
2 Cup Pasta Sauce
2 Cup leaves, whole Basil

Directions

Place first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan.

Gradually add 2 cups water and milk, stirring constantly with a whisk.

Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium, and cook 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

Stir in 1/3 cup cheese.

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; coat with cooking spray.

Add veggie burgers; sauté 5 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.

Remove from pan and set aside.

Then; coat pan with cooking spray.

Add onion, red pepper, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and garlic; sauté for 4 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add burger and sauce; simmer 8 minutes.

Divide polenta evenly among shallow bowls.

Top each serving with 1 cup beef mixture; sprinkle with 2 teaspoons cheese and 2 tablespoons basil.
