1 Lb Ground Turkey
10 Extra large Egg
1 1/4 Cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese
4 Cup Spinach
5 Tortilla Tortillas
Toss in all of the ground meat.
Chop up the meat with a spatula and cook until no longer pink and meat is cooked through.
Toss in a portion/serving of cooked ground turkey and allow it to heat up.
Add 2 eggs (or egg whites) to the turkey and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the eggs are mostly cooked.
Add 1/4 cheese and finish cooking.
Top tortilla with spinach and then the eggs and turkey mixture.
