3 Clove Garlic
1 Dash Salt
1 Tsp Olive Oil
4 Cup Fresh Cilantro
2 Fruit (2" dia) Limes
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
7 Oz Chicken Breast
1 Cup, chopped Broccoli
Mince the garlic and rub the garlic, salt, olive oil, cilantro, and juice of 1 lime into the chicken.
Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to boil with a steam tray over top.
Add broccoli, cover, and steam for 4-5 minutes, until tender.
Pan-fry the chicken in 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat for 7-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink.
Serve with the broccoli and enjoy.
