8 Oz Breakfast Sausage
2 Cup Half And Half Cream
1/4 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Tsp Pepper
Brown 1 lb pork sausage in a large skillet/frying pan on medium-high heat.
Do not drain the grease.
Turn down heat to medium-low.
Add 1 cup of the half & half.
Stir.
Slowly add white flour, 1 tbsp at a time, stirring to mix thoroughly.
Continue to add small amounts of half & half and flour until the correct consistency and amount is achieved.
Add pepper to taste.
Gravy will thicken as it cools.
Serve as desired and enjoy!
