1 Medium Egg
1 Slice, small Sourdough Bread
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
Bring water to a simmer in a small pot.
Stir the water and crack the egg into the centre.
Let simmer for 5 mins and remove from heat to rest another 2 mins.
Put bread in the toaster.
Serve egg on toast with salt and pepper.
