1 Cup Chickpeas
1/2 Stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
0 Onion Onions
1 Tbsp Vegan Mayo
1 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp Dill Weed
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
2 Slice Whole-Wheat Bread
Drain and rinse chickpeas.
Pour chickpeas into a medium size mixing bowl and mash with a fork.
Mix in celery, onion, mayonnaise (to taste), lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper to taste.
Optionally toast bread and top with chickpea mixture.
