Ingredients

1 Small (6-3/8" long) Cucumber
4 Slice (1 oz) Cheddar Or Colby Cheese
8 Cherry tomato Cherry Tomatoes
4 Tbsp Hummus

Directions

Cut cucumber lengthways into 1/4" thick slices ands cut cheddar slices into 4 parts.

You need 4 bamboo skewers.

Alternately thread 2 cherry tomatoes, 2 cucumber slices and 1 cheddar slice onto the skewer.

Repeat with 6 more cherry tomatoes and the remaining cucumber shapes and cheddar shapes.

Serve with bought hummus and enjoy!
