Ingredients

2 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Date, pitted Dates
4 Tbsp Coconut Meat
1 Tbsp Cocoa

Directions

Mix all ingredients (except 2 tbsp coconut) in a blender.

Sprinkle some coconut in the bottom of muffin(or other) forms and fill them with the mixture.

Place a small stick or a handler in the middle.

Freeze until set and enjoy!
