18 Strip Bacon
4 Cup, whole Mushrooms
3/4 Cup (8 fl oz) Barbecue Sauce
Preheat grill to medium.
Soak bamboo skewers 30 minutes in water.
Cut bacon strips in half--they'll be just long enough to wrap around the mushroom one time.
Wrap each mushroom with a bacon strip and thread on skewer.
Grill on medium heat until bacon is done, basting with barbecue sauce, about 10-15 minutes.
