1 Lb Asparagus
2 1/2 Tbsp Butter
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
Trim asparagus and halve lengthwise.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F with a rack in middle.
Toss asparagus with butter and 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper in a 4-sided sheet pan.
Roast until just tender, about 10-12 minutes.
