6 Large (3-1/4" dia) Apples
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Cup, chopped Walnuts
3 Date, pitted Dates
1 Tbsp, ground Flaxseed
1/4 Cup Soymilk
1/2 Cup, packed Raisins
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Peel, core, and chop apples.
In a high-powered blender, combine one cup of the chopped apples with cinnamon, walnuts, dates, flaxseed, and soy milk.
Pour over remaining chopped apples.
Add raisins and mix well.
Sprinkle oats on top.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
