2 Lb Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Dry Taco Seasoning Mix
2 Cup Sour Cream
2 Cup shredded Lettuce
2 Cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Pinch Cayenne Pepper
1 Fruit Avocados
In a medium skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it's done, breaking it apart while cooking, about 10 minutes.
Stir in the water and taco seasoning.
Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Transfer the meat to bowls.
Top with sour cream, sliced avocado, then the lettuce, then the cheddar cheese.
Finally sprinkle the cayenne pepper over the top to your liking.
