1 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
3 Half Apricots, Dried
1 Tsp Lemon Zest
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Water
Preheat oven to 350 dergees F.
Chop apricots.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
Form into 5 cakes.
Place on a parchment lined tray and bake for about 10 minutes.
