2 Cup Water
1 Cup White Rice
1/4 Cup, chopped Onions
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
Boil water in a pan on stove.
Finely chop onion while waiting for water to come to a boil.
Once boiling, add rice, onion, olive oil, turmeric, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt and stir to combine.
Cover the pan and reduce heat to low.
Cook until water is absorbed and rice is cooked approx.
20 min.
Fluff with fork and serve.
