2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
6 Tbsp Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
1 Medium Zucchini
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1 Tbsp Cocoa
1 Cup Blueberries


Put the chia seeds in a small bowl and stir in 6 tablespoons of plant-based milk.

Allow to thicken while you make the rest of the oats.

Place the oats, the shredded zucchini, and the almond or oat milk in a small pot and cook for about 5-10 minutes on medium heat or until tender.

Stir in the mashed banana, cocoa powder, and the soaked chia seeds.

Pour into two bowls and top off with fresh blueberries and any other desired toppings.

Serve and enjoy!
