1 Extra large Egg
1 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana


Heat oil in a pan.

In a bowl use a hand blender or regular blender to combine egg and banana.

Add spices or other fruit to your taste.

Pour mixture into pan and cook for about 30 seconds on each side.

Smaller pancakes work better.

Serve hot and enjoy!
