1/2 Cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes
1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Cup, pared, chopped Cucumber
1/3 Cup, chopped Onions
1 1/2 Tbsp Parsley
1/3 Cup, sliced Green Bell Pepper
2 Wedge yields Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinega
Chop up all ingredients and toss with oil, lemon juice, and vinegar.
