1 Cup kernels Corn
1 Cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes
1 Cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes
2 Tbsp Canola Oil
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
8 Oz Deli Cut Turkey
4 Tortilla Tortillas
2 Cup shredded Lettuce
Combine corn, tomato, sun-dried tomatoes, oil and vinegar in a medium bowl.
Measure out lettuce
Divide turkey among tortillas.
Top with equal portions of the corn salad and lettuce.
Roll up.
Serve the wraps cut in half, if desired
