1 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
2 Leaf outer Lettuce
1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
1 Tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Tortillas


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Place chicken on a foil lined pan and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until it is cooked through, no longer pink, and juices run clear.

Chop up into bite sized pieces.

Place first 5 ingredients in large bowl and mix together well, until mayonnaise is evenly distributed.

Spoon onto tortillas; roll up.
