1/4 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1/2 Medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2 dia.) Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes

Take two slices of bread and toast (if desired).
Spread cream cheese onto toast.
Top with onion, pepper, and tomato.
Season with salt.
