1 1/4 Medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
Toast the bread to desired doneness.
Slice the tomato; enough to cover the bread.
Spread mayo on both slices or to taste.
Add tomato and other slice.
Bring halvevs together to form a sandwich.
