8 Slice, regular Rye Bread
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
4 Oz Swiss Cheese
8 Oz Deli Cut Turkey
2/3 Cup Sauerkraut
1/4 Cup Thousand Island Dressing
Spread about 3/4 teaspoon mustard over each slice of bread.
Place 1 cheese slice on one half, divide turkey evenly over cheese.
Top each with 2 1/2 tablespoon of sauerkraut and 1 tablespoon dressing.
Top each with bread slice, mustard side down.
Spray panini machine with non-stick spray and place sandwiches.
Close lid and cook for 3 minutes or until cheese has melted.
