4 Oz Yellow Polenta
3/4 Cup Almond Milk
1 1/4 Cup Water
1 Dash Salt
1 Tbsp Maple Syrups
Combine polenta, almond milk, and water in a pot and cook over medium/low heat, stirring often, until tender; 15-20 minutes.
Add salt, to taste.
Drizzle with maple syrup and eat.
