2 Oz, 1 link Turkey Sausage
2 Strip cooked Bacon
1 Cup, chopped Kale
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
2 Large Egg
Add sausage and bacon to a pan over medium-high heat and cook until bacon has reached desired doneness and sausage is cooked entirely through and no longer pink.
Clean the kale, tear large stems off and throw it into a pan while still wet.
Cook on medium heat and season with salt and pepper.
Once the kale is wilted, add the already cooked sausage and bacon and cook until heated through.
Add the eggs and scramble until cooked.
Top with salt and pepper.
Serve all together and enjoy!
