Ingredients

2 Tsp Butter
1/2 Cup, chopped Onions
1 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Cup Spinach
1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

Melt butter in a pan.

Sauté garlic until fragrant, about a minute.

Add in chopped onions.

Once onions begin to become translucent, add spinach.

Cook until spinach is just wilted, 3-4 minutes, adding olive oil, if necessary, to prevent spinach from drying out.
