2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Parsley
1 Cloves, minced Garlic
16 Oz Shrimp
1/2 Tsp Salt
In a large frying pan over medium heat add olive oil, parsley, garlic, shrimp, and sprinkle with salt.
Toss gently together and cook, uncovered, mixing gently until cooked, approximately 8-10 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and are slightly opaque.
