12 Oz Pork Sausage
1 1/4 Package (10 oz) Spinach
12 Large Egg
1/2 Cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
4 Oz Pure Almond Almondmilk
3 Oz Feta Cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Remove sausage from casing.
Cook in a sauté pan over mediuim heat for 10-12 minutes, or until browned throughout.
Beat eggs with the cream and almond milk.
Chop spinach and crumble feta.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a pie tin.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until eggs are set.
