Ingredients

1 Cup shredded Lettuce
1 Cup cherry tomatoes Cherry Tomatoes
1 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1 Cup Lime Juice
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 Pomegranate (4" dia) Pomegranates

Directions

Wash lettuce and tomatoes.

Pit the avocado and chop.

Chop tomatoes and shred lettuce.

Place all in a bowl.

Sprinkle ingredients with the lime juice, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.

Peel the pomegranate and add seeds to the bowl.

Toss everything to combine.
