1 1/2 Cup small shells Macaroni
5 Cherry tomato Cherry Tomatoes
1 Cup Spinach
1/4 Cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
1 Tsp Olive Oil
2 Tsp Seasoning
1 Dash Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1/4 Tbsp Basil Pesto
1 Cloves, minced Garlic
Prepare noodles as per package directions until al dente.
While boiling, quarter cherry tomatoes, shred spinach, and crumble feta.
Once noodles are done boiling, rinse under cold water.
Add ice cubes on top and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Once noodles are cool, add olive oil, spices, pesto, and garlic, and top with prepared ingredients.
