1/3 Oz Almond Flour
1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp Chickpea Flour
3 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
1 Tbsp Lowfat Milk
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Mix all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, sprinkle milk over both chicken breasts.
Dredge the chicken into the dry rub mix, coating well on both sides.
Over medium heat in a nonstick skillet, cook breasts in oil for 7-9 minutes on each side until cooked through and no longer pink.
