4 Shoot Taro Shoots
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
10 Tbsp Butter
5 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1 Tsp Parsley
Scrub 4 madumbis under running water.
Bring water to the boil, add madumbis and cook for about 15-20 minutes, then drain.
Slice and season with salt, pepper.
Toss with the olive oil, salted butter, and Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve with hot stews and curries.
