2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp Sun-Dried Tomatoes
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 Cloves, minced Garlic
20 Oz Chicken Breast
1 Cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes
1/2 Cup, grated Parmesan Cheese
1 0 Tbsp, chopped Basil
6 Pita, large (6-1/2" dia) Pita Bread
3 Oz Mixed Baby Greens
Spray a pan with non-stick spray and heat over medium-high.
Add the chopped chicken and cook for 8-12 minutes, or until cooked through and no longer pink; set aside.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir in cooked chicken, tomato, cheese, and basil, and mix until everything is well coated.
Line each pita half with 1/4 cup greens.
Divide chicken mixture evenly among pita halves.
