1 Head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Dash Salt
1 Cloves, minced Garlic
Chop the cabbage into fine strips, then place in a bowl with the olive oil, lemon juice, salt (to taste), and garlic.
Mix well.
Serve and enjoy!
