1 Cup, sliced Kiwi Fruit
1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
1 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Tbsp Pistachio Nuts
Chop pistachio nuts into small pieces.
Cut kiwi into slices.
Mix ricotta with honey, the place a dollop of ricotta on top of a slice of kiwi, followed by another kiwi slice.
Sprinkle kiwi stacks with chopped pistachios and serve.
