1 Tbsp Butter
2 Tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Tortillas
2 Slice Sliced Ham
1 Cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Grease the pan with butter .
Cut up lunch meat into small pieces.
Add tortilla to pan and put cheese and meat on top of it.
Cover with second tortilla and cook until both sides are golden and crisp, making sure to flip the quesadilla carefully.
