1 Pita, small (4" dia) Pita Bread
1 Large Egg
1/2 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1/3 Tsp Garlic Powde
Warm up a whole wheat pita in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds.
Mash1/4 of an avocado and spread onto pita.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Fry egg until yolk reaches desired doneness.
Place on top of pita/avocado.
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
