2 Large Egg
1/2 Link, raw Italian Sausage
2 Slice Whole-Wheat Bread


Remove casing from sausage and form into a thin patty.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium and cook sausage patty until no longer pink and cooked through.

Remove from pan cook eggs in the sausage grease until they've reached desired doneness.

Toast bread.

Top one slice with the patty and the eggs.

Finish with remaining slice of bread and enjoy!
