1 1/4 Lb Ground Beef
12 Strip cooked Bacon
6 Clove Garlic
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp, ground Pepper
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados


Cook bacon and either cut into tiny pieces or use a food processor to pulse until ground.

Mince garlic.

Add into a bowl with ground beef, bacon, salt, and pepper.

Sprinkle the salt and pepper over the meat.

Use hands to combine.

Divide into 1/4 pound sections and shape into patties.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add patties and cook about 3-4 minutes per side or to desired doneness.

Serve with avocado slices.
