1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Cup Asparagus
1 Cup, chopped Onions
8 Oz Spaghetti
3 Clove Garlic
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Line a large baking sheet with foil.
Combine chopped asparagus and onion with olive oil to coat.
Spread onto baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Boil pasta according to package directions.
Drain and reserve 1 cup pasta cooking water.
Combine pasta, asparagus/onion mixture, garlic and as much reserved cooking water as needed in the pasta cooking pot.
Toss everything together.
Serve with parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top.
