4 1/4 Fl oz Club Soda
1/2 Cup slices Cucumber
1 Fruit (2" dia) Limes
3 Tbsp Spearmint
1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Oz Magnesium
5 Packet Sucralose
Cut cucumber and limes in slices, leave peel.
Mix rest of ingredients with the sparkling water, leave in fridge overnight to macerate.
Add optional no calorie sweeteners.
Drink throughout the next day.
