1 Large Egg
1 Tbsp Mustard
1 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
2 Slice Whole-Wheat Bread
Place egg in a pot and cover with water.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat, cover, and let sit 10 minutes.
Drain under cool water, peel, and mash.
Combine egg with the mustard and mayonnaise.
Mix well.
Toast bread and top with egg mixture.
