1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
4 Tbsp Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Reduced Fat Milk
1 Cup elbow shaped Macaroni
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add chopped chicken and cook until no longe pink, 10-12 minutes.
Melt cream cheese, butter, and milk together.
Boil pasta as per package directions.
Mix pasta and sauce together.
